Overall a very nice looking site. I love the graphical work you''ve done for the header and the "highlights" bar.
One thing you might want to look into is the main content colours vs. the background colour. For some reason it just doesn't sit right, the different blues and greys against the blood red colour. I would try some different colour schemes for the background, I'm sure you could find some other colours that would fit a lot better.
